| Description of the problem | Passenger and driver side rear door power window glass fell inside the door without warning or provocation. Regulator assembly was replaced 10/27/08 for passenger side for $304. 83 and 10/21/09 for drivers side for $294. 48 by local ford dealership. The first failure occurred during an lsu football game, we thought we had been robbed with the window broken, we were lucky nothing was stolen! Second time was when my husband was driving in town in speeds of 0-45 mph, luckily he didn't crash due to the surprise of the noise and quick influx of air. I reported the first part failure to ford, their only response was a request to fill out a concern handling survey so i have taken this next step after a second part failure for the exact same thing. |
