Description of the problem	I have an 04 f-150 and just yesterday my power window regulator went out on me and now cannot roll window back up. I live in wisconsin and just my luck it has started to snow. I am very disappointed in the quality of my first ford product i have purchased in 15 years. I have been reading up on several hundred posts stating that they have had to replace this same regulator several times on the same vehicle. Please advise as to what we can do to resolve my issue. I had to take the day off of work in order to locate a new regulator. I went to my local auto parts dealer and said they had to special order it. Then i went to the next nearest town to a ford dealer. Finally purchased the regulator for $200. 00. After owning this vehicle for just under 1 month and having to replace something that has had so many complaints on, i feel you as a well respected company needs to step up to the plate and admit faults. Please respond with what you can do for me as well as what i can do to resolve the problem. Thank you very much for you time and hope to hear from you in the near future.
