| Description of the problem | I had both passenger front and rear windows fall within a day apart from each other. It's the part that holds the window in place i believe they are calling it the actuators. The cable is breaking lose from this assembly and causing the cable to crinkle in the motor, so every part of that window gets destroyed. No incidents thank god, but this could have been a bad situation in other circumstances. I have seen so many complaints on different websites and still nothing is being done about it! I guess somebody has to die for ford to start a recall i just hope it's not me or my loved ones. |
