Description of the problem	My family and i were on vacation traveling when two of my windows fell and broke inside my truck. I went to ford dealership and found out my window regulators failed. The repairs cost 1200 dollars. Three weeks later i had another window fall and shatter on the passenger side. This cost another 600 dollars. Then two days ago august 17, 2009 the drivers side fell while driving . I was able two catch window before it fell into door and shattered. I have called ford motor co about this problem and have gotten passed from one person to another without any results . The dealer has been no help at all either. I almost crashed my truck do to the windows shattering and how scared my family was when glass shattered all over them. This is a big problem. I have looked online and found thousands of complaints about the window regulators in the 2004 ford f 150 crew cab trucks. I do not understand why this part has not been recalled. This is a major safety concern. Please help me and the thousands of truck owners who have gone through this.
