| Description of the problem | I own a 2004 ford f-150 fx4. I have had the regulators on both my driver side window and rear passenger side window. Both went out at separate times but both while i was driving. This is a huge safety problem. Thank god when this occurred i didn't have children in the back seat as the window fell so hard it could have shattered on them. This is my 4th ford vehicle and my family has been a true ford family for years my father wouldn't have it another way. It is just truly sad that ford will not acknowledge their mistake and faulty product and take responsibility for this problem. They should issue a recall on all these window regulators. If not i'm sure they will lose many ford families and customers over this. It is very disappointing. |
