Description of the problem	I purchased my truck used from the local ford dealership when it was three years old, it was a certified used vehicle. Roughly one year later the driver window fell into the door and when i pressed the switch to put it back up, i heard a grinding noise come from the electric motor and the window did not budge. It cost me roughly 400. 00 dollars from ford to replace it. This past weekend i was driving along and the rear passenger window did the same. I had my dog in the back seat of my truck and when the window fell my dog went straight for the window. Luckily i grabbed him before he got any closer to it. Thank goodness it was not a small child. This is a huge safety factor and ford should stand behind their product better and recall these problems because apparently this is a big problem. If a child gets hurt because of this problem the law suit will cost much more than if ford just recalls all the problem. Thanks.
