| Description of the problem | We have a 2004 f150 with 30,000 miles on it. Our front passenger window fell down while we had it parked at the airport for 3 days so no one was touching it and it was closed. We could not pick it up so when we got home we got the window up. We can not roll this window down and have it up with tape. We were told that it is not covered and has not been recalled but there have been many complaints according to the website autobeef. Com. We have not fixed this problem because it is going to cost us $400 and we do not have that kind of $ to fix something ford is responsible for. |
