Description of the problem	I have a 2004 ford f150. December 28, 2007 a thousand miles over warranty the passenger side window fell. No buttons were touched. It just fell. Now a little over a year later the driver side window does the same thing. This time the same dealership, duval ford 9043876541 wants over $500 to repair the window. If this part is continuously breaking then why is it not on recall? It is not normal for a window that is barely put down just falls and break. That's not even considered wear and tear.
