Description of the problem	Well its a window regulator problem or the pulley system that rolls the window up and down. I've had my truck for about 4 years bought it brand new and im having to replace 2 window regulators so far. I hardly use my windows and i have noticed a lot of others having the same problem where there window falls down into the door making a loud bang. Luckily both times i was there to see it but if i wasn't i could of had tools inside stolen or the truck stolen. It would also have been very dangerous if i had been driving at the time the window slammed down into the door both times it has happened after i turned the car off and all of a sudden the window slams down. I see hundreds and hundreds of people on the internet that are trying to find a recall and there is no recall. The part by itself is 200 or more dollars that's if u fix it yourself. If u get ford to fix it then its another 300 or more. The pulley system is cheap and plastic the cables are always in a big knot and chips out of the wheels for the cables. The new one i got looked exactly the same as the first one making it seem to me they aren't trying to fix the problem. I would like to know if a recall is going to happen it seems like it will be an ongoing problem.
