| Description of the problem | While driving in 100 degree weather, loud pop was heard as if something had been shot at the truck. Wife swerved and when she pulled over found nothing wrong with exterior of truck. When she tried to roll down the driver side window the window just fell inside the door and would not roll up. Forced to drive around in 100+ degree weather. Plastic part on window regulator snapped and because we complained about passenger side making noise both were replaced. Have two more in the truck and ford dealer will not replace them until they actually break. |
