| Description of the problem | 2004 f-150 window regulator failure, both rear and front driver side windows do not work and my vehicle only has 38,000 miles on it, both windows failed within 2 weeks of each other and the driver window failed when the vehicle was parked, the window fell down into the door so hard it set the car alarm off, had i been driving this could have been a significant distraction and safety hazard, ford refuses to acknowledge a problem with these window regulators but i have found numerous complaints/failures on the web where folks were driving and the window fell into the door and in some cases shattered. |
