| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2004 ford f-150. At approximately 34,000 miles, the front driver side power window would not roll up. The dealer repaired the window under warranty. Thirteen months later, the driver side rear window failed to roll up, however, the vehicle is no longer under warranty and the contact would have to pay out of pocket. Through research, he discovered a number of people experiencing the same failure and he believes that it is due to a manufacturer defect. The current mileage was 38,000 and failure mileage was 34,000. Updated 12/12/2007 *bf updated 12/12/07 |
