Description of the problem	The power window motors on the 2004 f-150 supercrew failed. The motors just stopped working and the window proceeded to slide down. The ford dealership, sunset ford, 623-977-5233, has acknowledged that there was a defect, but won't proactive replace the motors. This has caused a hazard because i was driving on the interstate and the passenger window suddenly failed, causing it to slide all the way down. My son was seat belted in,.
