| Description of the problem | three windows in the 2004 f150 crew cab had the window regulators break, causing the window to drop into the door. The first time it happened the truck was under warranty and dealer fixed and said it was a known issue. Second time it occurred was out of warranty, but covered by extended warranty after paying dealer $50. 00. The window that dropped today was covered under extended warranty, but will cost another $50. 00. Dealer said it was a known issue, and still charged to fix the window.*ak |
