| Description of the problem | Using power window controller to roll up vehicle windows, a loud bang sound like a gun going off happens, then the window(s) fall into the door frame. Dealer stated the problem is a faulty window regulator. I'm one of approximately 30 people at this dealership with this problem. Currently the dealer is stating the part is on a national back order and could be months before it is in. The vehicle is rendered useless, unable to roll up windows or secure the vehicle. *jb |
