Description of the problem	Dt: last year owner began having problems. The first time while driving at 35 mph owner took foot off accelerator and put it on the brake, and the vehicle surged forward like it wanted to go 70 mph. Then , a week ago, owner's wife was backing out of the driveway and she left skid marks because the vehicle accelerated and she tried to stop. Owner took vehicle to dealer last year. The first time the salesman called ford, and they couldn't advise what was causing problem. On april 14, 2005 dealership replaced the throttle body, but this didn't help. Then yesterday the service manager called ford, and talked to engineer, and engineer claimed that people were accidentally pushing brake pedal and accelerator pedal at the same time. In the last four years, owner purchased four new fords, and none had the accelerator problem. This problem happened sometimes less than once a month, then, it might happen several times in one week. There was no warning when this happened. Owner was not aware of results of diagnostics on the vehicle. Owner was driving the vehicle in an unsafe condition. Owner didn't have dealer's address information.*ak
