| Description of the problem | The vehicle was parked when it began to roll across a parking lot. The driver managed to unlock the door, jump into the vehicle and put the brake on before it rolled onto a main street. *nm vehicle was only 20 days old and would not restart. The consumer had the vehicle towed to the dealership only to find from the service manager that the clip to bracket from the factory was missing. When the consumer called in to complain she was told by a sales representative that it's not their fault they did not build the truck. No loaner cars available.
