Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2016 fiat 500x. The contact stated that while stopped at a light, the vehicle started shaking violently. The vehicle was taken to fiat of montgomeryville (710 bethlehem pike, montgomeryville, pa 18936) where it was diagnosed that the engine mount needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the failure recurred in february of 2021 while the vehicle was stopped at a light, an abnormal noise was heard coming from the engine compartment and the vehicle started shaking. The contact stated she took the vehicle back to the dealer fiat of montgomeryville as she had just had an oil change. The mechanic diagnosed the vehicle and stated that an engine mount needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
