Description of the problem	Esc comes on after starting auto, i back up and the steering wheel will not turn, it is locked. Not safe! Dealer says may be short in module in steering wheel. I live in desert, dry area why a short? They want $900 to fix a safety issue. I feel the manufacturer should pay. My warranty will not pay. Turn engine off and back on esc goes out and i can drive. So far this has not occurred while driving on the road.
