Description of the problem	I ben receiving a recall notice since february of 2016 and been contacting my dealer for my fiat to get checked ever since and they keep telling me theirs no parts available. I have recently contacted them for the past 3 months to get my clutch fixed as its been jumping to neutral when i'm on the freeway going 65-70 miles per hour and i don't feel safe. All i have received from them is no parts available and if i would like i can trade my car with $5000 down. One i don't have that kind of money and two i don't feel safe on the vehicle. I even contacted my finance to get help but they couldn't do much about it. Please help!
