Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2015 fiat 500. While the vehicle was being towed by a 2002 e450 rv driving approximately 35 mph, the contact noticed smoke and flames coming from the vehicle without warning. The contact immediately pulled into a nearby fire station where the fire was extinguished. A fire report was filed. There were no injuries.
