Description of the problem	Fiat told me the problem related to the pressure plate which is not related to the safety recall that fiat issued to consumer in 2016. Also, the fail symptom is the gear is failed to propulsion when only engine is on but its not when engine is off. Fiat technician deny this cause by the defect of the clutch design.
