Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 fiat 500. When the vehicle was placed into first gear using the clutch, the rpms increased and a burning odor occurred before the vehicle would gain power. When the vehicle was shifted into second gear, it failed to shift properly due to the clutch slipping.
