Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 fiat 500. While driving various speeds, the contact smelled carbon monoxide inside the vehicle. While driving low speeds, the vehicle stalled, but was able to be restarted. The failures occurred intermittently. Also, the engine and battery warning indicators illuminated.
