Description of the problem	The fiat had the recommended recall fix for maual transmission performed in 2017. While driving on a city street, the clutch would not disengage properly. Gears could only be changed with the car completely stopped and the engine off. Repair identified the problem "pressure plate fingers have failed because of s34 recall. This ruined the clutch plate causing shifitng issues."
