Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 fiat 500. While pulling into a store parking lot, the contact heard an abnormal noise. After an attempt to shift the vehicle out of gear, it would not shift. The contact applied the emergency brake and restarted the vehicle in neutral.
