Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns an eddie bauer deluxe convertible rearfacing infant seat, model number 22-880. The child seat was manufactured on march 8, 2006. The contact stated that the bottom strap of the child seat, which connected the seat to the vehicle, failed to tighten.
