Description of the problem	This is my second complaint for cracking/crumbling dashboards on 2002 dodge ram 1500 quad cab. First complaint was made feb. 2009 with failure date of july 28, 2008, odi id number : 10259545. I have not seen any investigation reports only climbing consumer complaints. I can't believe there has been no progress. My fingers are crossed something will happen soon.
