Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2008 dodge ram 3500. While the contact was driving approximately 35 mph, there was a sudden loss of steering control. The vehicle traveled uncontrollably and skidded off the road into a mound of dirt which caused the vehicle to stop.
