Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 dodge ram 3500. While driving over a bump in the road at 65 mph, the vehicle shakes uncontrollably. On january 17, 2008, the contact lost control of the vehicle and slid into a ditch. He was able to get back on the road and drive to his residence.
