Description of the problem	A vibration occurs when driving at highway speed (above 65 mph) seems to lighten up at 75 mph but does not disappear. The vibration feels to be coming from the rear of the vehicle. Tires were rebalanced and rotated with no cure. New tires were purchased, rotated and rebalanced twice with no cure.
