Description of the problem	Safety issue. Lack of key lock on passenger door. I got out of my vehicle without shifting to park. I was on the passenger side when vehicle started moving. I had a door key but was unable to use it for lack of lock. I was unable to get to the driver side to prevent accident. No injuries but there could have been and even deaths.
