Description of the problem	After months of recall notices i finally had spare time to schedule appointment on this recall. It was over a month wait to get it done since there are so many recall for dodge. I had to schedule for 7am since i work for a living and need truck for work. I took off a few hours to get this repair done. Since i had to get up an hour early to be on time. Service dept was very adamant about being on time to get in and out i arrived 10 minutes early. The lady at the desk informs me that they don't have the parts to fix recall. Are you kidding me? This is totally unacceptable and has caused me to lose time at work because of dodge screw up. I demand a rental truck while this service is being done when dodge finally get the parts in.. Since dodge cares so much about the customer safety.. Bullsh*t.... If you really cared the parts would of been there this would of been handle professionally and it would be over. But hell no i have to wait till dodge calls me to let me know parts are in and wait a freakin month to get another appointment.. I am pissed... Extremely....
