| Description of the problem | Purchased (4) b. F. Goodrich all-terrain t/a truck tires (lt305/65r17) in august, 2007. Took a trip to las vegas, and noted sidewall cracking adjacent to bead on all 4 tires. When tires were purchased, one would not balance and i had to come back to pick up a replacement. The sidewall cracking on this tire is not as severe as the other 3. B. F. Goodrich/michelin is giving me baloney about the tires not being driven enough and that "ozone-weathering" could be responsible! I have never had this sort of problem before and i maintain that the tires were defective from day one. Their warranty is laughable, and their take on safety appears to be a joke. |
