Description of the problem	At parking lot speed, steering control lost. Front tires found pointing in opposite directions and steering linkage hanging from truck. At greater speeds or in presence of pedestrians this incident could have been fatal. Dealer service department reports: right outer tie rod broken, left & right side upper & lower ball joints defective, drive shaft rear universal joint defective and 1 front drive shaft universal joint defective.
