Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2006 dodge ram 3500. She received recall notice number 09e001000 (steering:linkages), but the vehicle was not taken to the dealer for repairs. While driving the steering linkage damper and the tie rod fractured, which caused her to lose vehicle control. Consequently she crashed into a lawn and onto the porch.
