Description of the problem	Left rear brake light doesn't work. I spent $200 at two different dealership trying to get the problem fixed and was told that it would cost me an additional $1500 to fix the problem. Something called the tipm was blown and wiring was damaged. I have inspected the wiring and it is not damaged.
