Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2006 dodge ram 3500. The contact stated that the turn signals either don't work at all or if you're making a left turn the right turn signal will activate and the right turn signal activated the left turn signal. The windshield wipers would activate at times when the turn the turn signals were turned on.
