Description of the problem i just purchased a dodge ram 3500 4wd drw, from a dealership 200 miles away. On the way home i drove over a bridge on the highway and the truck went into a violent shake that was close to being uncontrollable. It did it 2 more times that night. Everytime i drive over 55mph and hit a bump it sets what is called the death wobble off. I have replaced steering stabilizer with a larger one, new track bar bushings, outer tie rod end, had the wheels and tires checked and balanced, and an alignment done. It has been to the dodge dealership, a big truck alignment shop, and a 4wheel drive shop. All of them said it checks out good but they know there is a problem. Everyone who has drove it comes back scared! This is a vehicle that could really cause a bad accident if not controlled or fixed. The dealers are aware of this problem and say it is a design flaw. Dodge needs to recall this problem before someone is injured or killed.
