Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2005 dodge ram 3500 quad st. While attempting to make a left turn, the contact heard a loud clicking noise and he noticed that all wheels were parallel to one another; however, the steering wheel was upside down and became difficult to steer. The failure was similar to nhtsa campaign id number:10e013000 (steering: gear box: shaft pitman).
