Description of the problem	Chrysler buyback program issue. The buyback process is taking a long time and owners of buyback program eligible vehicles are getting stuck with long wait periods before we can have our vehicles appraised by a chrysler designated rep (we can't use a dealer to appraise we are told). This forces owners to continue driving their vehicles adding costly mileage that greatly affects the kelly blue book (kbb)value. That means when it's time to take our cars in for appraisal in the buyback program many weeks or months later we have accumulated mileage the customer is docked for because it impacts the kbb values. I'd request nhtsa approach the court of jurisdiction in the matter and ,move it to force chrysler to compensate customers that are forced to continue driving their buyback vehicles while the customer is forced to wait. Fiat/chrysler has bee provided all the materials they requested of me and i still have to wait for them to call me back in several weeks to schedule an appraisal.
