Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 dodge ram 2500. While driving at approximately 65 mph, the vehicle lost power steering and vibrated. It remedied the problem some, but he could still feel a light shimmy in the steering wheel which progressed for several months. The consumer wanted to participate in the buy back program.
