| Description of the problem | The driver's side floor mat keeps coming unhooked from the hooking device installed in the carpet. The floormat and the hooking device were both replaced at approx. 7000 mile because of this problem. It has now become a problem again and the dealer advises that chrysler will not correct the problem again. I have contacted chrysler by e-mail and they want me to go to another dealer and see if they will correct it. The next closest dealer is 28 miles away and my truck gets about 14 mi. Per gal. I feel like chrysler is giving me the run around. My 2009 ram 2500 only has 12,400 miles on it. Why can't chrysler take care of this problem rather than trying to make another dealer take care of it? |
