Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 dodge ram 2500. The contact stated that he received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 13v529000 (steering) in late december 2013 and attempted to have the vehicle repaired on numerous occasions but the dealer stated that the parts were unavailable.
