| Description of the problem | I have a problem with dodge sending out safety recalls to replace defective parts and when i take my vehicle to the dealership to replace them im told the parts are back ordered. How can you recall parts whrn you dont have replacements. This is twice now. Currently it is recall notice 25 / nhtsa 15v-313 and not so long a ago it was one about a defective tie rod end that took over a year to replace. Im i not to drive my vehicle for a year? Im putting my children in danger when doing so. These conditions are unacceptable in my opinion. |
