| Description of the problem | While driving my 2008 dodge ram 2500 cummins diesel if i hit an oblique bump in the road the truck starts shaking side to side so violently that i feel like the doors will come of. It has happened about 20 to 30 times and when it happens i have to bring the truck to a complete stop in the middle of freeway or road before i can drive again. I have contacted chrysler and after many phone calls they have agreed to pay for a fix, the problem is the local dealer tells me if they do the repair chrysler will not reimburse them. It seems as they are playing games with me. My truck has only 70,000 miles and dealer says the wear on the front end seems like on 90,000 miles truck. I have replaced the steering dampener at about 30,000 miles and have not seen any difference. |
