| Description of the problem | I was driving my 2008 dodge ram 2500 (gas) coming into town and slowed down to approx. 50 mph and hit a small bump in the road. The truck began to shake violently and i thought the whole front end had fallen apart. Luckily i was able to pull over without causing an accident. I checked over truck and could find nothing obviously wrong. Took it to dodge dealer and they said they could find nothing wrong with truck and that they had never heard of this type of complaint. I now believe this to be a lie after reading so many other similar complaints. This problem will kill some one soon if dodge continues to ignore these complaints. My heart took about an hour to settle down i was so terrified. |
