Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 dodge ram 2500. The contact stated that while driving 30 mph, the vehicle suddenly shook excessively and became difficult to control. After inspecting the vehicle, the contact noticed that the passenger side tie rod fractured and was detached from the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer and the contact was informed that the entire steering assembly needed to be replaced.
