Description of the problem	Passenger side seat belt locks and continues to tighten under normal driving conditions. Passenger must release seat belt and return to "home" position before applying seat belt. Any time you have to remove the seat belt while moving, you are at an increased risk for injury/death. I have been to the dealership and have had this part replaced twice. I have a total of 9 hours wait time trying to remedy this problem at the dealership.
