In order to stop the shaking, the vehicle would be slowed down to 35 mph. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer, who stated that the vehicle needed new ball joints. The contact replaced the balls joints, but the failure continued. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, who stated that the vehicle needed a new tie rod, steering dampener, pitman arm, front axle u-joint, and wheel alignment. The vehicle was not repaired.
